This is the technical help section for setting up your membership and account details.
I don't remember my password.
- Go to the website login page
- Select Forgot password link
- Enter your password or username
- Open the Forgot password email in your email account
- Select the link to reset your password
How do I setup my membership?
For old memberships:
Older member families may have an account but may not have activated it yet.
- Use the Lost your password facility to check if you have an account username and to reset your password.
- Once you are logged in, you can setup payment for your membership
For new memberships:
- Select Become a Member
- Select Sign up for Membership
- Enter your details and submit your registration
- You will receive an email to confirm your new account
- Once you are logged in, you can setup payment for your membership
The standard membership fee is $25 per year for your family or organisation. We want to make it as affordable as possible for anyone be a part of the group. If you have legitimate financial circumstances that prohibit you from paying the membership fee, we will help you with this.
You can choose to pay a higher membership fee. There are no added personal benefits except the knowledge that you can assist others who may find it more difficult to contribute financially to the group.
You may also wish to pay the standard membership fee and make an additional tax-deductible donation at any time using the Donate link in the menu.
How do I update my credit card payment details for my membership?
You have most likely setup an automatic subscription but your credit card has expired and needs updating.
- Login to the website
- Go to Account
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select the Update link under Actions
- Update your credit card and Submit
I received an email titled **Your Transaction Failed.
- Login to the website
- Go to Account
- Go to Subscriptions
- Select the Update link under Actions
- Update your credit card and Submit
- You should now see that a new payment has been made for the following 12 months.
You will receive an email subject **Payment Receipt to confirm your updated membership.
How can I check if my membership is current?
- Login to the website
- Go to Subscriptions to see when your subscription expires
How can I access and use a member discount code for camp or other events?
- Login to the website
- Go to Discount Codes to view current member codes for camp and other events
- Copy the event discount code from this page
- In the event Cart page, Paste the discount code into the Coupon code box
- Select the Apply coupon button
The Cart total will be updated before you Proceed to checkout
How can I update my details?
- Login to the website
- Go to Update Profile to update your name, email, address, phone number and more
- Go to Family Members to add or update your family member details.
