2026 Fire Rescue Victoria Fire Station 1- Station Display

Your invited to a special event just for us. Fire Rescue Victoria are giving us our very own special Station Display. Whilst these occur every Friday, we’ll have our own special one. This is going to be a great event for all ages. See full details below.

• • Location- FRV Fire Station 01 (Eastern Hill)- 456 Albert St, East Melbourne VIC 3002
  • Date & Start Time: Sunday, 11th October (Arrive at 10:15am for a 10:30am start)
  • Expected Finish Time- Approx. 11:30am
  • Meeting Point- Wait outside the doors to Engine Bay 5 (Last door on the right hand side), this will be sign posted.
  • Cost- Free
  • Special Competition Prizes for the best-dressed firefighter!

Please Note-

1. This event is being held in an active fire station, should the station receive a Firecall, please don’t worry, simply listen and follow any instructions from the crew. Don’t stress about this too much though, we’ll be seated in an area that doesn’t interfere with the station.
2. If coming by public transport, Parliament Train Station is only a 400m walk to the station. there are also 2 tram stops within 100m of the station.
3. Whilst this event has been limited to 100 people, this may be extended if needed and approved by FRV.

  • Birrarung Mar Playground (20min walk or 15min Public transport/walk)

• Visit to Melbourne Museum (10min walk from the station)
• Visit the Melbourne Aquarium
• Bowling at various location in the Melbourne CBD
